Tom Ninness's Bio
Tom Ninness is a Vice
President/Regional Production Manager for Cherry Creek Mortgage Co.
With 31 years experience in origination, Tom still produces while
overseeing, coaching and mentoring 14 offices in two states. Tom
has helped over 8,400 families with their purchase and refinances
needs.
Tom is the founder of Summit Champions, Inc, offering sales
training through creative and innovative seminars. Summit Champions
specializes in business and sales tools and offers progressive
sales techniques for any sales professional through workshops and
coaching. Tom is also the creator of Real Estate Investors Forum
(REIF), a monthly forum for educating novice to the professional
real estate investor. REIF now has ten forums across the United
States. Tom also writes a weekly eCoaching Letter that goes out to
a few thousands every weekend. He is also a co-owner of
www.openhouseweekend.org.
Tom's passion and purpose has been to change and influence people
and their businesses. Through his friendly, down to earth style,
Tom motivates people to greatness by offering practical business
values that are pertinent in any sales environment.
Tom is a featured writer for many trade journals including MOM
Magazine, Broker Agent News, Sales Gravy, Advisor Today, Self
Growth, Niche Magazine, Selling Power; Salesopedia and Insurance
Journal just to name a few. His articles focus on improving and
increasing business opportunities, lead generation, creating loyal
customers for life and developing professional referral sources.
His ideas are explosive and strategic, and effective in any sales
oriented business.
Tom saw what was happening in our economy and decided to write the
book, "The 90 Day Journey to Your Sales Success". "The 90 Day
Journey" gives the sales professional 90 straight days of actions,
tasks and to-do's. Between the Journey and the Workbook/Journal,
there are nearly 400 pages of powerful actions given. Over 6,000
people have experienced the Journey and the results have been
incredible.
Tom has been a guest speaker for the Colorado Mortgage Brokers
Association, Illinois and California Mortgage Brokers Association
and was a key speaker at Business Plan 2006 in Las Vegas. He
frequently teaches sales training for many of the top mortgage and
real estate agencies, local chambers and sales organizations in the
Denver metro area. Tom averages a hundred plus speaking engagements
a year.
Tom has been married for 34years, and has three grown sons, two
daughter-in-laws and six grand puppies. He will finally be a
grandfather this May 2012. He and his wife, Pam, live in Parker,
CO.
