Tara will assist Kelly in gathering your initial information; communicate with you concerning what to expect, and the documents you will need to proceed. She will literally "Coach" you through the beginning of this process while ensuring you are kept informed, comfortable with each step, and feeling secure and happy on your way to a hassle free and on time funding of your loan.

"Total Client Service" is probably the best way to describe Tara's job duties as well as her approach to each individual client's situation and happiness. There are many different facets and forces that can affect a purchase or refinance transaction; Tara provides the daily connectivity between departments with diligent follow-up. She then initiates the daily communication and updates between these departments with Kelly, Karen, and the clients and their realtors. If each partner in the loan transaction understands what is needed or expected and updated on the progress, there are no last second surprises. Tara is devoted to making sure your loan transaction exceeds your expectations in every way!

Tara and her husband, Carson, are proud and very busy new parents of twin boys, Knox and Everett. Originally from Colorado, Tara is a huge Broncos fan! While Carson is a local high school football coach and avid Cardinals fan. As you can imagine, they love attending and watching football games together.  Tara and Carson also enjoy spending time with their families, as well as staying active in various soccer and softball leagues.

Tara Bradley is Kelly's Client Services Coach and has been part of Kelly's team since January 2008.

Karen's responsibility is to coordinate and ensure the success of your loan file. From start to finish, through each of the different departments, processes, and approvals, Karen will personally be monitoring your loan file.

With over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a detectives' eye for detail, Karen is the one who manages the forms, facts, and specifics involved in processing a file and all its important information and documentation to get through the various guidelines and approvals successfully. She personally performs due diligence and verifies all the factors involved in the file that will be presented for approval consideration. Karen also prepares the reports and additional documentation, as well as the exact order within the file, to conform to industry standards and any additional protocols involved with varied and specific loan programs. Any missing pieces to the fluid puzzle, called a loan package, need to be discovered immediately. Karen will communicate daily updates to Kelly, processors and underwriters, and Tara. Karen is driven to ensure your loan transaction was prepared accurately and timely to achieve an efficient, hassle-free, and on time funding of your loan.

While growing up in a military family Karen has been lucky to have called the valley home for most of her life. Karen and her husband, Robert, have 4 children and love spending time with them from swimming to soccer games. Their oldest son, Brett, is currently serving our country overseas in the Navy.

Karen Hunt is Kelly's Loan Success Coordinator and has been part of Kelly's team since 1998.
