"Total Support" is probably the best way to describe Tara's job duties as well as her approach to each individual client's situation and transaction. There are many different facets and forces that can affect buying a house or a refinancing; Tara provides the daily connectivity between mortgage departments with diligent follow-up. She then initiates the daily communication and updates between these departments with Kelly, Karen, and the clients and their realtors here in Arizona. If each partner in the loan transaction understands what is needed or expected and updated on the progress, there are no last second surprises on your way to a hassle-free mortgage and on-time closing. Tara is devoted to making sure your loan transaction exceeds your expectations.

One of Tara's best inherent qualities is her natural knack and passion for helping everyone around her. To best use this valued trait and asset in the Arizona branch, Tara trains and provides guidance to new loan officers and their teams in learning the "Cherry Creek Mortgage Way". This assists them in being up to speed as quickly as possible for their clients, thus causing the least amount of distractions or delays in their transitions.

Originally from Colorado, Tara is a huge Broncos fan! While her husband Carson is an Arizona high school football coach and avid Arizona Cardinals fan. As you can imagine, they love attending and watching football games together. Tara and Carson also enjoy spending time with their families, as well as staying active in various soccer and softball leagues.

Tara Bradley is Kelly's Assistant and Business Development Coordinator and has been part of Kelly's team since January 2008.

With over 14 years of experience in the Arizona mortgage industry and an eye for detail, Karen manages the forms, facts, and specifics involved in processing the loan to ensure the documentation conforms to industry standards and any additional protocols involved with varied and specific mortgage programs. Karen personally performs due diligence and verifies all the factors involved in the loan file that will be presented to underwriting for approval consideration. Karen's top priority is to ensure your mortgage is prepared accurately and processes are timely to achieve a hassle-free and efficient closing of your loan.

While growing up in a military family Karen has been lucky to have called Arizona home for most of her life. Karen and her husband, Robert, have 4 children and they love spending time with them. As you can imagine having three young children at home, they live very busy lives which include swimming, soccer games, gymnastics and little league! Their oldest son, Brett, is currently serving our country in the Navy.

Karen Hunt is Kelly's Senior Loan Processor, Team Coordinator, and has been a valued member of Kelly's team since 1998.
