Dear Larry and team,

I wanted to take the time to thank you for making our dream of becoming homeowners come true. The first time I called you, I was within days of losing the home of our dreams. We had been working with another company who gave us nothing but false promises and headaches. We had to extend our closing date 2 times going on our third, and according to the previous home owner, our last chance, when again the previous company dropped the ball. After I called you, I immediately felt relieved. You and your team understood our unique situation and truly cared. It isn't easy buying a home, but coupled with my husband being away in the army and the birth of our new baby a reassuring voice who stood up for my family and solved the issue made all the difference. When I called we had 4 days before our closing date and the company was no where close to making it happen. Larry, you stepped in and within 3 days you had our "clear to close". I know that if it wasn't for your hard work and determination, we would have lost our contract and future home. I am truly grateful to you and your team of professionals. Words can not describe how thankful we are. I would recommend you to anyone with the utmost confidence.

The buying and selling of a house these days can be really tough, but Larry Bettag and his team at Cherry Creek really helped us through it.  With our family growing, it was time to move out of our small home and into a bigger house.  With houses selling for so much less these days we didn't anticipate having a lot of money to put into a down payment, so they helped us get into an affordable VA mortgage with minimal down and a great rate.  While all that was important, it was all the extra work he put in when it appeared that our buyer might fall though.  Any other lender would have probably given up on it, but he got it done.
