Dan was raised in Chester, California (a town of about 1900
people) located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Growing
up in a small town gave Dan an early understanding of how important
it is to earn and maintain trusting relationships. A broken
promise in a town like Chester takes about 6.8 seconds to become
public knowledge!
For anyone who cares about such things… Dan graduated Magna Cum
Laude from California State University, Chico (yes, "the party
school") with degrees in English and Economics in 1996.
Long fascinated by financial markets, Dan has speculated in many
stocks and bonds. But he made his wisest investment decision
in 1998 when he married his wife (Hennie). Later dividends
included a son in 2003 (Landon) and a daughter in 2006
(Cadence).

Before entering the mortgage industry in 2002, Sherene was a
department manager for Nordstrom. While some may think her
commitment to "over-the-top service" is a result of training, we
know it is simply the byproduct of her genuine respect and concern

Sherene graduated from California State University, Sacramento
with a degree in Communication Studies. Some are surprised to
know she is an excellent fisherman as well. This is a passion
she shares with her husband (Rich). They just bought a pontoon boat
so they can teach their boys, Jackson and Brady, how to fish and
make lasting memories on the water!

A graduate of San Diego State University Tracy used her degree in Psychology to help at risk kids and their families through several programs over several years. She and her exceptional husband are raising two beautiful children. She enjoys watching her son try every extreme sport possible and her daughter indulging gymnastics while trying to follow in her brother's foot steps. In her rare spare time, she enjoys house-boating, swimming, cruising the Caribbean and working with the Navy Seals as an extreme skydiving instructor (just kidding).
