Mark handles all rates and estimates, budget reviews, and communicates with your Realtor or builder. He will send you a Pre-Closing Notice the day before your closing, and be there in person for your big day. |

Melissa Vo- Operations Manager/Loan Processor Melissa reviews all of your income and asset documents, as well as your contract and property information as she prepares the file for underwriting. Melissa is vital to your loan closing on time as she works closely with Cherry Creek underwriters, your insurance agent, and the title company.
