He began in the mortgage business in New York with a Fortune 500 bank for over four years before deciding to make the move out west and settling in Colorado. Rich and his wife Lea are an acculturated family having lived and traveled throughout the world. They are high school sweethearts growing up in Montana and have known each other for over 14 years. They value their family and prioritize it in both their personal and professional lives. Rich and Lea have lived in Montana, California, New York and now settled in Colorado, with a new addition to the family on the way due in June. Rich believes in family values and understands the stresses and challenges that life throws at us, so you can trust in his understanding and empathy to all buyers.

His niche is working with military families coming from outside Colorado and transition into Colorado.
